What we do ?

  • Offer a free dedicated service to our clients, once selected as sole agent.

We listen and understand:

  • Type of Event, Congress, Conference, Dinner, Meeting, Group Accommodation you require
  • Level of budget and your timescale for the organisation of the event

This enables us to:

  • Compile a brief to go to a selection of venues in order to ascertain availability and negotiate rates
  • Provide you with a minimum of 3 proposals
  • Hold space at these venues while you have an opportunity to consider the options
  • Arrange site visits and accompany you for those larger scale events without any extra cost (UK Venues)

Work with you until the right venue is secured.

  • Go the extra mile at confirmation stage to try and obtain any final savings or added value, i.e. complimentary drinks reception, and or equipment for syndicate rooms etc…
  • We act as your Account Manager, before, during and after the event. We are here to help with any queries, however small, to ensure your event is the best it can be and give you peace of mind, particularly if you have never run an event before.
