Competition Rules

  • The break is subject to availability and to be taken before 30th November 2017.
  • The prize is not transferrable, or refundable.
  • All other expenses must be paid for on departure. Travel is not included.
  • Entrants must be over 18 and not be employees of either Conference Call Venues or Sarova Hotels.
  • Entry to the competition is restricted to one entry per person please.
  • The competition is open to UK residents.
  • The prize can only be sent to a valid UK address.
  • The Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into and no cash alternative offered.
  • The prize will be drawn from those eligible entries on Tuesday 5th September 2017. The winning booker will be contacted by email on Wednesday 6th September 2017.
  • Conference Call Venues is compliant with the Data Protection Act. Our policy is such that we will not pass your details to any third party without your prior consent.
