It offers 154 guestrooms, a Ballroom that can accommodate 280 people theatre style, with natural daylight, no pillars, a foyer, outside terrace and modern AV. There are a number of unique event spaces, a covered pool, underground car park, roof top Garden Suite and the stunning gardens by the pool. For discussion groups and workshops there are 6 breakout rooms.
Dining is a gastronomic delight, there are 6 individual dining experiences all of which incorporate both local flavour and ingredients. A key gastro offering is Gusto by Heinz Beck, overseen by the Michelin starred chef. In fact the restaurant gained a Michelin star in 2018. The food is world class.
For relaxation, or team building the options are endless and varied. The Conrad Spa features an outdoor Infinity pool, thermal circuit and 5 treatment rooms. However, for the more adventuresome activities abound ranging from, Clam Picking, taking a 4×4 trip on the Cork Route, a Wine Masterclass, to exploring with the Market Chef. If sporting activity is more your style then there are numerous water sports and of course golf for which the area is famous. The courses are on the doorstep, sitting in stunning countryside with breath taking views across the ocean.
