We were delighted to hear that QHotels has been recognised as one of the top six employers in the UK hospitality industry by The Caterer in its annual ‘Best Places to Work in Hospitality Awards 2017’.
It is the feedback provided by a minimum of 77 per cent of the organisation’s employees via anonymous staff questionnaires that form the basis of the league tables recognising organisations that put people at the heart of the business, supporting employee development to deliver exceptional products and services.
QHotels have consistently shown a commitment to staff, with the group receiving the Distinction in Developing Future Talent award at the National HR Distinction awards in February.
It is fantastic to see a group investing in its staff. Motivated and happy teams result in much more engagement with guests and a far higher level of guest satisfaction. An accolade well deserved.
